Virtual Rush  Game Design Camp is a unique camp that is the perfect place for teens who are serious about game design.  Instruction will be in two week sessions and cover Flash, Photoshop and 3-D Blender taught in state-of-the-art computer labs in several convenient locations. Students will be able to create a "one of a kind" video game in a non competitive environment.
Virtual Rush is dedicated to providing campers with an exciting, fun and stimulating experience.  Their goal is to reach gamers in ways that the traditional academic setting is unable to and provide a highly educational as well as very memorable experience. They will combine game creation and fun, students will experience animation, storyboarding, character development techniques and be involved in weekly game tournaments.

By launching the country's first women's game design scholarships, and setting up a network for women who play video games, buy videogames and work with videogames, WomenGamers.com has built up a reputable brand well-respected in the industry. We work with educational institutions such as DigiPen Institute of Technology, Guildhall at SMU, NC State University, the University of Florida and other colleges to promote participation by women in the gaming industry, specifically in game design, by establishing scholarship programs and offering consulting and lectures on careers in gaming.
